Re: records not entering

Thank you for your post. The change_date column was removed after PowerDNS v4.2. If you use a Core version prior to v1.20.001 together with a PowerDNS v4.2 or later this error might occur. I would recommend to update the SoluteDNS Core to a more recent version.

Re: Nameservers not updating

Thank you for your question. You can enable NS records for clients in the admin area Settings at: Accessibility -> Disable NS Record. Uncheck this option which is enabled by default.

Re: Database Error Occurred

Please make sure the host WHMCS runs on is allowed to connect and login to the PowerDNS database. Most common issues causing this are incorrect ports, the databaser user is only allowed to connect from localhost or firewall rules either on the WHMCS side or PowerDNS side.

Updated DNS Management Interface

We have included an alternative DNS Management interface in the Professional Edition WHMCS module v3.19.002. We want to offer an alternative interface besides testing if this should become the new default interface. https://www.solutedns.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/clientdnsmanagement-quick.jpg ...
