Re: Override registrar's DNS management
Ok well then the upcoming hook sounds the most promising to solve the priority issue.

Re: Override registrar's DNS management
The Resellerclub registery module included in WHMCS should work. I can’t comment for other attached (addon)modules for Resellerclub. You can find more info about the new hook at: http://www.solutedns.com/documentation/hook-points/ function SDNS_hook_ClientAreaMenuPriority() { return array( 'ClientAr...

Re: Override registrar's DNS management
Which registrar module are you using? With the tested modules in our development area SoluteDNS always seems to have the upper hand. Is there another addon module or hook point activated which manages menu entries? Our upcoming release this week has an hook point which allows you to set the priority...

Re: Override registrar's DNS management
Well in SoluteDNS please make sure the Client Menus in Settings -> Accessibility aren’t disabled. The most easy way of testing is to change the registrar module name to another one in the WHMCS admin domain details to see if DNS Management now points to SoluteDNS in client area when using another re...

Re: Override registrar's DNS management
If SoluteDNS creates a zones this will be done automatically. If you want to assign an existing zone you can just add a new zone in the admin. Add it as 'domain' or 'product' depending on your requirements. The existing zone will not be overwritten and will be assigned to the WHMCS domain/product cl...

Re: Override registrar's DNS management
SoluteDNS overwrites the clientareadomaintetails DNS management menu entry when an zone for this domain exists and is linked/assigned to the domain. If there is no zone assigned to the domain in SoluteDNS and the registrar module supports DNS management the registrar module is used. Please note this...

Re: Checkboxes issue
Thank you for your post. It sounds like there is an issue with the html/css. Please try the following steps: 1. Reupload all SoluteDNS files. 2. Use an default WHMCS admin template 3. Make sure no cached files are being served. If these steps do not solve this issue please contact our support by ope...

Re: Zone for "use an existing domain"
If an WHMCS product is set in SoluteDNS as DNS product the zone will be created based on the WHMCS product instead of the WHMCS domain. If an client orders an product with an existing domain the zone will be created for the domain the client provides as it's the domain for the ordered WHMCS product....

Re: Dynamic DNS
Thank you for your suggestion! We are working on an RESTful API for external management which may be very useful for your suggestion. You can however already benefit from the internal API which allows you to add/edit/delete records from within WHMCS but it would be possible to extend it to other add...
