Hi,
i'm trying to update to v2.17.001 (17001) clicking on "update now" button but i've this error :

how can i fix this?

As it also returns an warning about the temporary files I suspect there are no writing permissions. When the installation package or verification keys are missing it may return an authentication error.

You can perform the upgrade manually using the download package which is available at the client portal, this forum and the project tracker.
