The DNS only option is the way to go here, make sure you have followed all steps from here:
http://www.solutedns.com/documentation/automation/

Domains will only be accessible when there recognised as DNS only product. SoluteDNS recognises DNS only products by adding an identifier to an set product field. For example {sdns=dnsonly} in the admin notes. You can check this by reviewing the DNS only domain overview in the admin side.

I have retested this but there do not seem to be any functionality issues.

Could you please describe all steps taken during configuration?

Please also check the url:

Where for domains the url is ?m=solutedns&domainid=1
for products it is: ?m=solutedns&productid=1

Hello Daniel,

Thanks for you answer and sorry the delay to reply, we have a lot of work here to implement everything on whmcs

The URL is correct

index.php?m=solutedns&productid=118

the domain have on admin notes de {sdns=dnsonly} option, but i got the message below:

Access denied!
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this zone!

I check the table mod_solutedns_zones and this table have the local_id with 0 for the domain in question, the remote_id is correct

There is a way to debug this permission problem ?

About the instalation process ( i forgot on last message ):

1). I remove all configuration and desactivate the module
2). I activate again
3). I go to automation and set :
3.1). Auto enable DNS Management (check)
3.2). Enable DNS Only (check)
3.3). Dns Field Only ( admin notes )
4). I configure my plans
5). On settings menu i put my nameserver, and uncheck the hide SOA option
6). Set dns type to native

7). I (as customer) request a new plan without transfer or register (changing nameserver option)

8). I made the paid of the invoice
9). I check the {sdns=dnsonly} option and was ok
8). I try to access on customer interface and got the access denied message.

That is it!

I've send you an e-mail with a debug file which allows us to review set variables in order to determine a point of failure. Please see my e-mail.
